 Yes, it should. I believe that Japan should do more to protect its historic sites. I'll state about it below.

 To begin with, history in Japan should be appriciated by many Japanese and foreigners. Japanese had better learn Japan history in its education and show it to other people and forigners. For example, if you go to Kyoto, you will often see translaters show foreginers around. In my opinion, the tourism in Japan is very popular and you'll understand foreginers like Japan.

 Secondly, if the goverment in Japan repair the castles or histrical sites, it might cost so much. However, even if it costs, it's worth repairing because it should keep being appricited as I state at first.  A lot of people like more Japanese and foreigners that come to Japan get to like Japanese culture if they know its mind.

 To sum up, I agree that Japan should do more to protect its historic sites. I like Japanese history and it should be spread to all over the world.
