　I agree that high school education in Japan needs to be improved. I have worked for some high schools in Japan. That's why I think it's easier to write about it than other people. Whatever, I try to mention about this topic below.

  To begin with, quality of teaching is higher than before. Teachers management is considering of how well teachers do it. More students enjoy their class. For example, although it's tough for mathatics teachers to organize their class plan on how well thay teach, English teachers are looking for how students enjoy their classes.

 Next, globalization is moving on in Japan. Therefore, We japanese had better speak ont only Japanese but also English or other foregin languages. In famous places, translaters are transferred and working there. But it's really good oppotunities for us to understand what they want to say. Let me put aside these statements and I highly respect that English teacers are working much harder than before to execute English classes for thier children.

 To sum up, sometimes Japan education is criticized for being late. However, people that memorize something will bloom when they get to munipulate their knowledge. So, not only knowing something is important but also teachers skills for students ability are essential.
